Starting out small to reach my goal of having a restaurant. Takin the passion to the backyard with a variety of smoked meats and homemade sides made to order. All funds will be used to help me participate in my bbq competitions!
About Us
I have always had the passion for cooking and managing my own restaurant but also competing in bbq competitions! The passion for cooking bbq has always been a hobby of mine to be outside managing the fire as well as seeing the final product after several hours of low and slow. All products are from scratch!
The Menu
Food for Every Mood
All fresh meats smoked to order with cherry and hickory wood. From scratch rubs , sauces and sides. Get it while it last! All foods are handled with gloves and sealed tightly in a to go box when ready.
